The Invisible War 2012 movie my experience

It is a criminal justice issue and a human rights issue! Abused people often go into a hypnotic trance to keep the abuse a secret and know what it feels like to be in the perpetrators shoes. Breaking the silence, is breaking the trance that perpetuates the cycle of abuse! As a therapist with some experience working at the rape crisis center, I was horrified just observing the affect of the patriarchal woman in charge of the sexual assault prevention program. Maybe she is the adult child of an alcoholic as her emotional character and affect seemed deformed. Working with perpetrators, they often smile while describing a horrific event.
